The best service and the best offer for our guests are our top priority. Nevertheless, there can sometimes be differences of opinion between us and our customers. In cases in which we are unfortunately unable to reach an agreement with our customers on contractual disputes, you have the option of contacting the "Platform for Online Dispute Resolution of the European Commission" directly.

Information on online dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 Para. 1 ODR-VO:
The EU Commission offers the option of online dispute resolution on a platform it operates (so-called "OS platform"). The OS platform can serve as a contact point for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales contracts or service contracts. This platform can be reached via the external link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

The page mentioned above includes all measures and activities of the European Commission for the development of a European legal area.
