Yoga on the Kleine Salve in Itter

Do something good for your body and mind. In this session breathing exercises, dynamic yoga flows and relaxation exercises are combined to a very special start into your day. And the best part – the incredible view of the surrounding mountains from the summit of the Kleine Salve. The yoga session will be held in the beautiful KRAFTalm, an alpine hotel that combines modernity with tradition. Anyone can join in, regardless of your age or fitness level.

Meeting place: 9.00 a.m., Almhotel KRAFTalm, Barmerberg 24, 6305 Itter
Attention: Access to the hotel only with the Salvistabahn, no car traffic allowed!
Latest registration: by 4.00 p.m. the day before online or in the tourist information offices
Equipment: comfortable sportswear (yoga mats are provided)
Costs with guest card: € 5,00 (lift uphill/downhill journey not included)
Costs without guest card: € 10,00 (lift uphill/downhill journey not included)
Duration: approx. 2 hours (incl. lift journey, walk to and back from the yoga spot and 1 hour of yoga)
Participants: min. 1 to max. 10
Level of difficulty: suited for beginners
