Winter hike on the Hohe Salve

Even in winter, hiking is a delight for all senses. The winter landscape, the clear air, and the quiet surroundings create a fairy-tale atmosphere that quickly makes you forget daily life. With the Salvenbahn Hopfgarten, you can comfortably reach the mid-station. From there, the hike begins on a quiet, idyllic path – partly through snowy forests, partly with impressive panoramic views of the Kitzbühel Alps.

Meeting point: Information office Hopfgarten, Brixentalerstraße 41, 6361 Hopfgarten
Registration: until the day before 4:00 PM online or in the information offices of the Hohe Salve region
Equipment: sturdy winter shoes, winter clothing, trekking poles recommended
Costs with Kitzbühel Alps guest card: free (lift ticket for ascent/descent is self-cost)
Costs without Kitzbühel Alps guest card: € 32.00 per person (lift ticket for ascent/descent is self-cost)
