Event information

Did you know that, with 7.9 litres of milk per year, Hopfgarten and Kelchsau are the second-strongest milk producers in Tirol? No? Then join us on a hike to an alpine dairy in the Kelchsau area. Summer in the Tyrolean mountains goes with a lot of tradition, customs and passion and is characterized by a harmonious relationship of men, animals and nature. It is not enough for you to see where the milk comes from but you would also like to taste the delicacies made from it? It is good then, that our hikes leads us to Niederkaser alpine dairy where you'll be introduced into the tradition of cheese making on a guided tour, tasting included.
