Mediation for clarity and compassion

Start your morning consciously and lay the foundations for a wonderful day.
In this special place, surrounded by our beautiful natural and mountain world, we will practise meditation techniques and breathing exercises together to integrate positive thoughts, a clear mind and a loving heart into our lives.
Anyone aged 12 and over can take part, regardless of whether they have mediation experience or not.

Meeting point: At 07:30 am at the Salvistabahn Itter valley station, Alte Bundesstraße 3, 6305 Itter
Registration: by 16:00 the day before online or at the information offices of the Hohe Salve region
Equipment: comfortable sportswear (mats are provided)
Costs with guest card: € 5,00 per person
Cost without guest card: € 10,00 per person
Duration: 1 hour (incl. return journey to the meditation centre, 30 minutes mediation)
Participants: min. 1 to max. 8
Level of difficulty: suitable for beginners
