Event information

By bus or car from Wörgl via Angath to Angerberg. Meet our tour guide at the parking lot of the hotel Kraftquelle Schlossblick (bus stop "Franzlerbrücke"). Today we will hike along one of the 33 stages of the long-distance trail Adlerweg (Eagle Walk). In northern direction on marked trails up to the viewing platform "Adlerhorst" with its great carvings and a fantastic view over the lower Inn Valley and the Kitzbüheler Alps. In July and August, a trained guide accompanies you to the unique natural monument "Hundalm Ice and Dripstone Cave".

Booking: by 5 p.m. the day before online or at the tourist offices of the Holiday Region Hohe Salve

Meeting place: Hotel Kraftquelle Schlossblick, Embach 1, Angerberg
Arrival by public transport: Train from Hopfgarten Berglift to Wörgl main station: 07:33, arrival: 07:42 / connection bus to Angerberg Franzlerbrücke: 07:55, arrival: 08:13
Equipment: ankle-high hiking boots or sturdy mountaineering boots, sunscreen and rainwear, snack & sufficient water, gloves
Duration: approx. 7 hours, with visit to the ice cave approx. 8 hours
Participants: min. 1 according to implementation guarantee
Hike Difficulty Level: demanding, hike not suitable for children under 12 years!

Costs without Kitzbühele Alpen Guest Card: EUR 29.00/person

Admission to the ice cave is not included. However, you get a discount with the guest card.
