Healthy habits are a key factor for well-being and health in everyday life.
In this talk, you will learn what health literacy means and why even small changes can have a big impact.

A short guided body scan (approx. 5 minutes) will help you sharpen your awareness of your body and your personal needs. You will then learn a clear and practical 4-step model that allows healthy habits to be established sustainably and in a way that fits into daily life: habits must be obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying.

Furthermore, you will learn why habits shape our identity – and how you can consciously use this knowledge to implement positive changes in the long run.
