An evening all about Tyrolean traditions

Visit the smallest dairy farm in Itter with Tyrolean grey cattle, a Tyrolean cattle breed threatened with extinction. Learn how to make butter, curd cheese, grey cheese and other dairy products and cook a traditional meal together with farmer Stefan. Learn everything about alpine pasture and agriculture and annual festivals such as „Almauf- and Abtrieb“, which has been a wonderful event in the region for many years. In a particularly convivial atmosphere, the harmonica is sure to be played to its best advantage.
