Morning Flow Yoga
By bus or car from Wörgl via Angath to Angerberg. Meet our tour guide at the parking lot of the hotel Kraftquelle Schlossblick (bus stop "Franzlerbrücke"). Today you will hike along one of the 33 stages of the long-distance trail Adlerweg (Eagle Walk), in northern direction on marked trails up to the viewing platform "Adlerhorst" with its great carvings and a fantastic view over the lower Inn Valley and the Kitzbühel Alps. In July and August, a trained guide accompanies you to the unique natural monument "Hundsalm Ice and Dripstone Cave".

Train: from Hopfgarten Berglift to Central station Wörgl | dep.: 07.33 a.m. – arr.: 07.42 a.m.
Connecting bus: to Angerberg Franzlerbrücke | dep.: 07:55 a.m. – arr.: 08:13 a.m. (free of charge with guest card)
Latest registration: by 05.00 p.m. the day before online or in the tourist information offices of the Holiday Region Hohe Salve
Equipment: ankle-high hiking boots or sturdy hiking boots, sun/rain protection, gloves, snacks, water
