Guided Day Hike to the Buchackeralm

By bus or car from Wörgl via Angath to Angerberg. Meet our tour guide at the parking lot of the hotel Kraftquelle Schlossblick (bus stop „Franzlerbrücke“). Today you will hike along one of the 33 stages of the long-distance trail Adlerweg (Eagle Walk), in northern direction on marked trails up to the viewing platform „Adlerhorst“ with its great carvings and a fantastic view over the lower Inn Valley and the Kitzbühel Alps. Depending on the opening time (info on our website) you can visit the Hundsalm Ice cave with a trained guide.

Meeting place: Hotel Kraftquelle Schlossblick, Embach 1, 6320 Angerberg
Registration: until 4 p.m. the day before online or at the tourist inforamtion offices of the Region Hohe Salve
Equipment: sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, sufficient fluids and sun protection, snack, warm clothes for the ice cave
Costs with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: free (excl. admission to the ice cave)
Costs without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card:  € 22.00 per person (excl. admission to the ice cave)
Duration: approx. 7 hours, with tour of the ice cave approx. 8 hours
Participants: min. 3 to max. 10
