Situated at 960 m above sea level the apartment offers not only a priceless view over the Brixen Valley but also a large garden which both will contribute to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Set off on a hiking tour right from the doorstep or enjoy the close vicinity of one of the largest ski areas in Austria - thanks to a good infrastructure numerous of activities are on the menu all year round. The two-floor apartment comprises three bedrooms, one study/game room, a large living room with a tiled stove, a dining room with a tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with floor heating. There is Wi-Fi all over the house and in the garden where our guests find a hammock, sun-loungers and a barbecue area at their free disposal.

Check-in: from 3 p.m. Check-out: till 10 a.m. In Hopfgarten, drive through the underpass and go straight straight ahead in the direction of KELCHSAU. After approx. 100m turn right and follow the road up towards PENNINGBERG. Drive for about 5km. SCHRANDL farm is the first farm on the left.
