Tour information
Starting point for the summit hike to the Pengelstein is the Gasthof Skirast. From here, the trail leads uphill to the Pengelstein I valley station, past the Haindlbauer on the Issbühel. On the Aschauer Höhenweg we pass the Sporthotel, the Kälberwaldalm and reach the Hiesleggalm. From here, 2 trails lead to the Pengelstein at 1939 m.
