Thanks to the countless, attractively designed cycle routes and singletrails, along with the convenient assistance with the ascent via the cable cars, make this possible for almost every bike fan. In spite of that you can bring some riding skills and proficiencies with you to the mountains to make your adventure "mountain tour" safe. An extensive range of workshops and courses in Brixental valley will help you achieve these goals for yourself. Qualified bike guides use their expertise to provide you with lots of tips and tricks about mountain biking, making it fun too. And one or other of the guides might even let you in on their very own insider tips.
Technique training & courses
Register for courses
Registration for courses is to be made by 5.00 pm the day before at the latest in one of the local tourist offices, at Intersport Kitzsport (Kirchberg) or Intersport Gschwantler (Brixen). Great value offers are available when you make your registration and pay in cash. Registration is binding. (Registration cut-off for the Monday programme is Sunday, by 11.30 am at the latest in the tourist offices in Kirchberg or Westendorf).

Wholly in keeping with the maxim "Anyone can ride a bike" the region offers numerous themed camps for beginners and for those at an advanced level. For instance, children, ladies and beginners don’t just get valuable tips & tricks about mountain biking in the mountains and on the trails in a wide variety of workshop, they also get to explore the wonderful Kitzbühel Alps with experienced trainers and guides. Conditions of participation
checkParticipation in the adult programme from 16 years
checkParticipating children in the FAMILY programmes from 10 years
checkParticipation in the Children's Programme on Wednesdays in Brixen from 7 to 12 years
checkFully intact and functional mountain bike or E-mountain bike (functional brakes and gears, charged battery). No city or touring bikes!
checkHelmet and gloves, spare tube on the guided tours. We recommend additonal protection for knees and elbows on the trail tours.
checkPrevious knowledge of riding technique on the mountain (at best, participation in riding technique training on Monday - see programme)
checkMaximum number of participants per group for the tours is 9 (If there are more participants, they will be divided into performance groups)
checkGuests with a valid Guest Card from the BRIXENTAL tourism association (guests from the villages Brixen, Kirchberg and Westendorf) receive discounts on the programmes.
