Technique training and tour for mountain bikers

Basic training for e-mountain bikes and mountain bikes: basic position, correct shifting, starting and dismounting off-road and correct braking. Afterwards, what has been learned will be consolidated during a mountain bike tour, which will be adapted to the needs of the participants.
