Bike tour in the Spertental landscape conservation area

We follow the valley cycle path along the Aschauer Ache to Aschau. From there, the Unterer Grund leads us into the Spertental landscape conservation area. A short stop at the waterfall with its suspension bridge invites us to get off our bikes and enjoy the special natural scenery. At the foot of the Großer Rettenstein, we continue along the nature trail before a brisk gravel descent takes us to the Kasplatzl show dairy. There, a well-deserved break in a cosy atmosphere awaits us. On the way back, our bike guide Andi provides a refreshing change of pace at the Kneipp facility in Aschau and gives an introduction to the basics of Kneipp therapy. Refreshed and revitalised, we then head back to Kirchberg, mostly on gentle downhill terrain.
