Kasplatzl - Gerstinger Joch
How does the alpine pasture get into the cheese? By finding a place where the cheese can mature in a restful way:
in the new show and gustier cheese dairy “Kasplatzl” at the foot of the Großer Rettenstein: come, taste and be amazed
at what is in our cheese.
Pony lessons for children (age 5 years) starting from 14th of July every Wednesday and Friday (in September and October every Saturday)
