Hiking in Tyrol: your hikes in and around Angath in the Kitzbüheler Alpen

Come to the the Kitzbüheler Alpen and discover over 2,500 kilometers of perfectly maintained and signposted hiking trails. Hike across green meadows and gentle grassy hills to rustic alpine huts, where the landlords dish up the best of food and wine.

From Angath you can set off on numerous small tours which will lead you to the neighbouring villages. Only a few minutes’ drive away from Angath is Hopfgarten from where you can climb Tyrol’s most beautiful vantage mountain, the Hohe Salve - either on foot or with the aid of the cable car
