Kaiserschmarrn Workshop in Hopfgarten

Tamara Lerchner, head chef at Restaurant zeitlos, provides valuable insights in her cooking workshop so that it also becomes a success at home. In addition to tips and tricks for the perfect preparation of this fluffy and delicious pastry, there will of course be a tasting afterwards.
