Visit the smallest dairy farm in Itter with Tyrolean grey cattle, a Tyrolean cattle breed threatened with extinction. Learn how butter, curd, grey cheese and other dairy products are made and cook a "Rahmmuas" together with farmer Stefan. Discover everything about alpine pasture and agriculture farming, as well as the annual cattle drive to and from the alpine pastures, which has been a wonderful celebration in the region for many years. In a particularly lively gatherings, the Styrian harmonica is sure to be played.
