1 ski pass for more than 1000 kilometres of pistes in Tyrol and Salzburg - the Kitzbüheler Alpen AllStarCard is your entry card to ten of the most interesting ski areas in Europe, which have been incorporated in the Kitzbüheler Alpen skiing association. The ski areas in the Kitzbüheler Alpen AllStarCard ski network include the best pistes and state-of-the-art facilities. Included are resonant names like SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Kitzbühel - Kirchberg, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in Kaprun and St. Johann in Tyrol / Oberndorf.

Season tickets Family bonus
When season cards are purchased for the two eldest children/youths in a family, all the other children/youths (D.O.B. 1997 and after) receive free season tickets. I.D. required: child benefits (Austria), child benefits (Germany).
Deposit for the KeyCard
There is a € 2,-- fee for the contactless KeyCard data medium. Undamaged, fully functional KeyCards from the current winter season can be returned to our cash desks.
Discounts/ Free tickets / Group tariffs
Groups: When 20 ski passes are purchased together, (for 1-14 days), 1 free ski pass is provided. Bus drivers: free ski pass (validity subject to group purchase) - purchased at the same time.
There are NO special tariffs or DISCOUNTS for people from the region, senior citizens, disabled persons or other groups. There are no off-season tariffs.
Period of validity
The AllStarCard is valid during the respective operating hours of all the ski areas listed – the longest period is from 17.10.2015 to 01.05.2016. No liability is assumed for technical difficulties at ski lift facilities/pistes, storms and other special weather conditions, lack of snow, etc. or in the event of closure due to imminent overcrowding and allocation of or stoppage of ski pass sales. In pre-season and late-season you should also take into account limited ski lift operations and the ranges of pistes available. In all these events there is no right to receive reimbursement.
Days when you do not travel are no longer valid and will be neither reimbursed, nor credited.
Transferability and Exchange
The Kitzbüheler Alpen AllStarCard is not transferable. It is not possible to exchange, defer or extend the validity period.
Reimbursement in the event of accidents during winter sports
Hand in the ski pass to one of our cash desks straight away, along with a medical note from a doctor or hospital based in the region. There is no reimbursement for day tickets; there are no exceptions to this. Payback modalities set in place by us apply. We reserve the right to deny reimbursement without providing any reasons. Loss of ski passes/Season cards: No replacement is offered for AllStarCards which have been lost or forgotten. Loss of a season card is to be reported to one of the sales points.
Any misuse of the Kitzbüheler Alpen AllStarCard, including use by a third party, will lead to withdrawal without compensation. A fine will also be levied.
Conditions of carriage
General conditions of carriage of the ski lift facilities used are shown on the notices and apply to everyone.
The piste manager is not liable for damage which a piste user incurs due to negligent behaviour of another person. In the event of particularly inconsiderate and dangerous skiing or snowboarding, and not paying heed to closures or other directives, you may be excluded from carriage. We do our best to ensure your safety and ask you to pay attention to FIS regulations.
Ski bus use
Free use of the ski bus with the Kitzbüheler Alpen AllStarCard – Please note - Some ski areas have specific terms and conditions. No free ski bus travel is available between the 10 AllStarCard ski regions. (However Postbuses and trains run on a regular basis between some towns. Current timetables available at - www.oebb.at )
Regulations for infants
Infants (born 2010 and after) travel FREE OF CHARGE. There are special prices and conditions of carriage in some ski areas.
Proof of age
Proof of age in the form of photographic I.D. (discounts for children, youths, family bonus) is to be shown when purchasing ski passes and also when skiing.
Conditions of the respective cable car company and ski area apply. Generally travel to night-time skiing and evening tobogganing is not included. Special evening journeys also have their own tariff.
