Our house is situated in a quiet area in the centre of Hopfgarten im Brixental. The lovely garden provides a lawn, bushes and flowers and is fenced off of the bypass. There are more residences with gardens around us.

The entrance to the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental is only a few minutes walk from the holiday let.
Also in summer you'll appreciate the ideal location of our house for hiking and cycling tours all over the Kitzbühel Alps.

While staying with us you can grant your car a break too. Thanks to our central location it's only a few steps to the bus stop and not more than a five minute walk to the train station Hopfgarten Berglift. With the guest card of the Region Hohe Salve transport on trains and busses is included.

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. The holiday let lies on the raised ground floor. The bedroom faces to the north, the cosy combined kitchen/living room to the south. From there wooden stairs lead right to the garden. The bedroom has been fitted with 2 beds which - pushed together - can be used a double bed, 2 wicker chairs and a side table. There is a bookshelf in the corner which invites to have a good read. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and is speparated by a sliding door. There is also a separate toilet.

The combined kitchen/living room has been lovingly and comfortably furnished. There is a kitchen unit, a dining table with wicker chairs and a rocking chair. In the living area there is a comfortable convertible sofa which sleeps one adult or 2 children.
