Our Kaiserschmarrn workshop with toque-awarded chef Tamara Lerchner will give your everyday working life a fresh kick, create motivation and allow you to get together and enjoy. Your senses will be awakened - how do you make the perfect fluffy Kaiserschmarrn?
Now you have the chance to embark on an extraordinary journey in this workshop. This experience already starts in the valley, you will hike with Lisi Osl along beautiful hiking trails and a breathtaking view over the Sonnberg to the Seminaralm Hochbrixen, where chef Tamara Lerchner awaits you.
Together we will prepare this sweet sin, share the secret of the fluffiest taste and enjoy this delight together. Each of you will shine!

- Meeting point: Thursday 08:00 am Brixen im Thale information office for the hike
09:45 am Start of the Kaiserschmarrn workshop at the seminar hut at Filzalmsee Hochbrixen
- Registration: by 17:00 the day before at the information offices or online
- Cost: € 25.00 per person - Payment: at the tourist office in Brixen im Thale
- Duration: hike approx. 2 hours / Kaiserschmarrn workshop approx. 1 hour / hike back to the valley approx. 1.5 hours
- Participants: at least 3 people / from 12 years
- The workshop is held in German. Our homeland has a lot to offer
